We do not discriminate in hiring practice nor against clientele on the basis of age, race, gender, nationality, sexuality or religion.
We do, however, reserve the right to refuse service on the basis of a clients medical history or current condition(s) when providing massage therapy/bodywork services may place the health of the client or practitioner at risk.
We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to clients who demonstrate a lack of respect by :
-Repeatedly cancelling/missing appointments
-Repeatedly requiring special arrangements or exceptions to these policies
-Using language or behavior perceived as illicit or inappropriate in any way
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant personal health information prior to their first service as well as any changes to their personal health before each additional service.
Late arrivals may result in an adjustment to your service to ensure timely service for the next guest. Clients that arrive for their appointments early or on time are guaranteed the full scheduled service time, even if we are running late.
Payment is due in full at the end of each service. Clients whose sessions are terminated early due to inappropriate language or behavior are still responsible full payment for the scheduled service prior to leaving the clinic.
All sales of services, gift certificates and products are final.
